PEARLS Alumna Chrysalis Award 2026

The Alumna Chrysalis Award was created to recognize PEARLS Alumnae in our community who are striving to promote what PEARLS stands for: Personal Responsibility, Empathy, Awareness, Respect, Leadership and Support.   

We are looking for Alumnae who are using the PEARLS attributes to further their career goals and are creating a Legacy in Motion.  In the application you will be asked to explain how PEARLS has impacted your life and how you plan to use the PEARLS attributes to succeed and impact your community. 

Award Amount: $1500 

Eligible Recipients 

• All Alumnae are eligible! Includes current staff of PEARLS 

• Alumnae are 18 years or older and are not in grades 5-12 during the 2025/26 school year

• Alumnae attended at least one group offered by PEARLS while in grades 5-12 

Application Requirements 

• The award should be used for furthering their business, obtaining certification, or attending training

• Allow PEARLS to share their photograph and story for promotional and grant purposes

• Allow PEARLS to reconnect throughout the year to follow-up and report on their achievements for promotional and grant purposes

• Present the Chrysalis Award at the 2027 Inspired to Lead event

• The award recipient will be notified by April 3rd, 2026.  The announcement will be made public on April 23rd, 2026, at Inspired to Lead. 

• The recipient should be able to attend Inspired to Lead on April 23rd, 2026 

Additional Qualifiers or Restrictions 

• If used for tuition, the money will be distributed directly to the institution
